End of semester wrapup

3 Dec

Thanks for a great semester, folks. It was nice to cook and share a meal together, using some of the fruits (vegetables? ) of your collective labor. If you took photos, feel free to post them…

Some of you mentioned keeping going with the garden in the coming semester. I’m not sure what is happening–the people at Sustainability are mulling it over–but it may be available for planting and such come January. Meanwhile, feel free to stop by, harvest, and say “hello” to the world’s most stubborn pumpkin.

I’ll be in my office from 2-4pm on December 10 (Friday), to collect papers, if you want to turn them in, in person. Otherwise, please put them in my mailbox. If you do that, it’s probably a good idea to send an e-copy as confirmation. They are due by 5pm that day on Dec 14.

Enjoy writing, and happy vacation! I’d be interested to hear about any interesting garden/urban farming encounters you have on your travels, over vacation and beyond.

A previous post on the schedule for November says the papers are due Tuesday December 14th. Is this still the case?
